- Safety Instrumented System (SIS): The ProSafe – RS is a key product of YOKOGAWA’s safety instrumented system. The enhanced version of ProSafe – RS R2.03.00 is equipped with a new CPU module, which is 3.5 to 4 times faster than the previous one, and the I/O points have increased by nearly 50% to 1,500, with a 50% improvement in application capabilities, making it more suitable for large – scale plants. It also uses a new digital output module, which can be directly connected to 48V DC field devices, simplifying the system configuration and reducing costs. This system meets the IEC61508 international safety standard and can be used in SIL3 applications, which can detect abnormal conditions in plant operations and take emergency measures to prevent accidents.
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs): YOKOGAWA’s PLC products, such as the STARDOM series, have the characteristics of high – reliability and high – speed operation. The redundant configuration of the field control node (FCN) autonomous controller can ensure that the process is not interrupted, and the end – to – end digital communication can optimize asset management.
