- Motor – related Products: TOSHIBA’s servo motors, servo amplifiers, and NCBOY products are produced at the TOEI factory. The Velconic series of servo motors has the characteristics of fast operation, general – purpose application, and high – torque output. For example, the ZA 型 of the V series has extremely excellent acceleration and deceleration performance due to the minimal inertia mass, and is suitable for high – speed operation with frequent starts and stops, which is widely used in semiconductor, food, textile, and other equipment. The standard V series has balanced acceleration and deceleration performance and stability, and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications. The G series has high output and high torque, and is suitable for heavy – duty transportation equipment and machine tool spindles.
- Isolation Devices: TOSHIBA’s high – speed four – channel digital isolator DCL54xx01 series has excellent common – mode transient immunity (CMTI) and high – speed data rate, which can meet the needs of stable and high – speed isolated data transmission in industrial applications. It can provide a high CMTI of 100 kV/μs (minimum), with a low pulse – width distortion of 0.8 ns (typical value) and a high – speed data rate of 150 Mbps (maximum). This series of isolators is suitable for multi – channel high – speed communication applications, such as the I/O interface of SPI communication.
- Robotics and Logistics Products: In the field of robotics, TOSHIBA provides products such as depalletizers, which can automatically recognize and unload heavy objects of up to 30 kg; high – rack case transfer units, which can make full use of space; autonomous mobile robots, which can reduce the time for searching goods in the warehouse; and piece – picking robots, which can gently pick and place various items. In addition, TOSHIBA also has robot fleet management technology, which can co – control multiple AGVs/AMRs, enabling the operation of automation equipment without modification.
- Power Automation Products: TOSHIBA is a total solution provider for power automation, producing remote terminal units (RTUs), data acquisition systems (DASs), substation automation systems (SASs), T&D protection relays, and control relay panels (CRPs). Its advanced supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and energy management system (EMS), such as the To Scan – G 100, can monitor, record, control, and issue alarms, providing stability and efficiency for power system operation, and can be customized to meet customer needs.
- Postal Automation Systems: With more than 40 years of experience in providing letter – handling machines, TOSHIBA’s postal automation systems can support high – speed processing and have a high – address reading rate. The system can sort letters and postcards according to their format, identify and cancel stamps, and has a 4 – layer stacker, which is space – saving and user – friendly. In addition, the barcode recognition rate for color – printed mails and envelopes is excellent.
