- Compressed Air Management System: It can monitor the standby state of equipment (when production stops) and automatically reduce the pressure to a low level. There are also supercharging valves and exhaust – reuse types, which can reduce CO₂ emissions (air consumption) by up to 40% (according to the company’s measurement conditions). This system is suitable for high – precision temperature control in various industries. It can reduce air consumption during production stops or equipment standby (standby mode), and close the valve to reduce air consumption when the equipment is stopped (shut – off mode). It adopts a fully pneumatic design, requiring no power supply, and is easy to install, which can be installed vertically or horizontally and is interchangeable with the existing VBA series products.
- Vacuum Components: SMC’s vacuum components include vacuum suction cups of various shapes, vacuum generators, vacuum pressure reducing valves and other related components, which are suitable for various workpieces, applications and industries. The vacuum grippers for collaborative robots are products specifically designed for various brands of robots.
- Electrostatic Eliminators: SMC’s electrostatic countermeasure components can solve various problems caused by static electricity in the FA (factory automation) environment, such as damage to circuit boards/IC chips caused by discharge, uneven painting, and poor molding product pressing. There are various forms of electrostatic eliminator products, such as rod – type, nozzle – type, fan – type and gun – type, which can deal with different electrostatic – elimination areas and workpiece sizes.
- Wireless Systems: SMC’s wireless systems use independent protocols to build a stable wireless environment that can reduce the interference of other wireless devices, thus realizing stable communication in the FA environment. Even when installed in a metal – shielded space such as a control panel/control box, SMC can provide models that use external antennas for communication, helping users reduce wiring costs and working hours.
- 2/3 – Way Solenoid Valves: SMC’s 2/3 – way solenoid valves are widely used in many industries, such as food and beverage, medical equipment, etc. With the development of intelligent and automated agriculture in recent years, SMC has also launched a large number of products suitable for this field. - Temperature Controllers: Temperature controllers are products that use circulating liquid to control the temperature of the equipment heat source. By maintaining a certain temperature, they can improve the quality, reliability and service life of the equipment.
