The 6ES7231-5ND32-0XB0 is an analog input module from Siemens’ SIMATIC S7-1200 series, specifically the SM 1231 model with 4-channel universal analog inputs.

This module is designed to expand the input capabilities of S7-1200 PLC systems by processing various analog signals from sensors and transducers in industrial automation applications. It supports a wide range of input types, including voltage (±10V, 0-10V) and current (0-20mA, 4-20mA), as well as resistance-based signals such as PT100, PT1000, and Ni1000 temperature sensors, making it highly versatile for different measurement tasks.
