Festo offers a wide – range of automation products, covering servo drives, electric cylinders, automation systems, control technology, etc. The main products are as follows:

 

  • Servo Drives and Motors:
    • Servo Drive CMMT – AS: It is a compact servo drive for point – to – point and interpolation movements. Suitable for various Ethernet – based bus systems, it can be directly integrated into the system environments of different controller manufacturers.
    • Servo Motors EMMT – AS and EMMT – EC: These motors are used in high – requirement and high – dynamic applications, featuring excellent controllability and positioning path accuracy. They adopt a single – cable solution, which saves space and greatly reduces the installation work.
  • Electric Cylinders:
    • ELGC Series: The ELGC electric cylinder series is cost – effective. The ELGC – BS ball screw electric cylinder has impressive guiding accuracy and ball screw drive, which is suitable for small – part gripping and desktop applications. The ELGC – TB toothed belt electric cylinder has a precise and durable guide rail, which can also make full use of the installation space in small – part gripping and other equipment.
    • EPCC Rodless Electric Cylinder: It has a compact structure, and the ball screw drive is precise and silent, with a short positioning time. It is an ideal choice for assembly systems, testing and inspection systems, desktop applications, small – part gripping, or the electronics industry, which can meet the requirements of optimal space utilization.
    • EPCE – TB Rodless Electric Cylinder Unit: It is extremely compact, has good dynamic performance, and is cost – effective. With a short stroke and cycle time, it is suitable for simple moving and positioning tasks, such as the compact and fast movement in testing and inspection systems, labeling, simple positioning tasks, and workpiece alignment.
  • Automation Systems:
    • CPX – E: It can be used as the central controller of a customized gripping system, serving as an EtherCAT master controller and motion controller with a protection level of IP20, or as a compact and cost – effective remote I/O system. Its scalable motion control functions include linear and multi – axis movements, which can be used for the motion control of stepper motors and servo motors.
    • CPX – AP – I: It is a new – type I/O system with a protection level of IP65/IP67. It can connect powerful I/O modules and existing valve islands to important host systems, including IO – Link masters.
    • CPX – AP – A: It is a highly flexible, modular remote I/O system, which is a full – fledged IO – Link master v1.1 with a data storage mechanism and device parameterization tool. It can transmit data at a speed of up to 200 Mbit full – duplex, and up to 15 modules can be combined in one automation system.
  • Control Technology Products:
    • Controller CECC: It is a compact and versatile advanced PLC controller launched by Festo. Users can program it according to the IEC 61131 – 3 standard using CODESYS. It has 12 digital input terminals, 8 digital output terminals, and two fast counters of up to 250 kHz, and data transmission can be easily completed through the USB interface.
    • Human – Machine Interface: Festo’s human – machine interface is equipped with a “Human – Machine Interface” (HMI) user interface, through which the machine can be operated, the equipment status can be observed, and the control process can be intervened. Some human – machine interfaces are equipped with diagnostic functions, remote access functions, or integrated reporting systems and user management systems connected to the robot library.
