- Barcode Readers: Leuze offers a variety of barcode readers, including one – dimensional and two – dimensional types. For example, the BCL 600i one – dimensional barcode reader uses a blue laser diode, with a depth of field 50% higher than that of a red laser diode. The BCL 900i has a divergence angle of 60° and a large reading area, supporting a high – speed scanning rate of up to 1,000 scans per second, which is suitable for reading barcodes on high – speed moving objects. These barcode readers can reliably read various common barcodes, including Pharmacode, and support flexible installation through front – or side – beam exits.
- RFID Systems: Leuze’s RFID systems are composed of a reading and writing system with integrated and/or external antennas and at least one electronic tag, which transmit data by electromagnetic waves. The electronic tags can store unique serial numbers and other object – related data. Active electronic tags use integrated power supplies for data transmission, while passive electronic tags obtain energy from the electromagnetic field of the reader. The system uses low – frequency (LF), high – frequency (HF), or ultra – high – frequency (UHF), which can work reliably even in harsh environments.
- Safety Laser Scanners: Take the RSL 400 safety laser scanner as an example. It has a detection range of up to 8.25 meters and a scanning angle of 270°, which can monitor large – scale areas. With a high – angle resolution of 0.1 degrees, it has strong anti – dust and anti – particle capabilities. It has two protection functions and two pairs of OSSD, which can meet the application scenarios that previously required two scanners. It also has intelligent functions such as an integrated electronic level, a detachable connection unit, and an integrated display, which is convenient for debugging and operation, and can be integrated into the industrial Ethernet through PROFIsafe/PROFINET.
- Simple Vision Sensors: Leuze’s simple vision sensors are as easy to use as optical sensors and as powerful as camera systems, providing an easy way to enter the field of image processing in industrial automation. They have optimized performance in detecting reflective, shrink – wrapped, and glossy objects, which can be used for presence control in intralogistics and packaging processes.
- Ultrasonic Sensors: The new cubic ultrasonic sensors have a small dead zone and three adjustable sound cone widths, which can achieve precise switching and measurement results. The ODT 3 CL 1 – 2 m diffuse sensor is developed for long – distance object detection, and can output measurement values through IO – link.
- Positioning Systems: The AMS 100i is a compact and modular positioning system added to Leuze’s linear laser positioning system product line, which can meet the increasingly diverse needs of positioning applications.
- Stainless Steel Sensors: Leuze has launched a new stainless – steel sensor platform, including the 53c series with a hygiene design and the 55c series with a wash – down design, which are especially suitable for applications with high – hygiene requirements.
