The 6ES7288-1CR40-0AA0 is a compact CPU module of the Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 SMART series.

It is a CPU CR40 with an AC/DC/relay configuration. The onboard I/O includes 24 digital inputs with 24V DC and 16 digital outputs with 2A relays. The power supply range is 85-264V AC at a frequency of 47-63Hz. It has a program memory and data memory of 20KB, and the available memory for user data is 8KB.

The CPU has a processing time of 150ns for bit operations, 1.2µs for word operations, and 3.6µs for floating-point operations. It is equipped with 1 industrial Ethernet interface and 1 RS485 interface.
